The popular RESORT section offers long-term lot lease opportunities. Pull-in and back-in sites with dramatic views of the San Juan/La Garita Mountains. Leased lots include professional landscaping, concrete pads, utility hook-ups and optional upgrades – (cabins, custom kitchens, outdoor entertainment areas, extensive landscaping, etc.) Ponds, fountains, waterfalls, green belts and unique bronze statues compliment the lots. Amenities include commercial laundry, access to the Elk and Bear Lodges (w/ cable tv), mailboxes, stocked trout pond, river access, gift shop, fitness center (lessees only, no park guests), dog runs, pet wash, car/ATV/RV wash, and storage area for ATVs, boats, etc. Once settled in, you may want to latch onto that fishing rod as the Rio Grande River cuts through this resort.
